評価： 上・中・下　三巻からなる大作であったが、 あっという間に読み終えた感が有る。 中だるみの無い緻密な構成で、 ページがたらずに、駆け足で話が進んでしまったようですらある。 実際に、ここから派生した話も同じ作者はいくつか書いている。 全部まとめて、NHKで大河ドラマにしないかな。
